  • Take exit 49 for TN-30 towards Athens/Decatur
  • Turn right onto TN-30 E/Decatur Pike
  • After 2.7 miles, turn right onto Westside Drive, Westside Drive becomes Frye St
  • Turn right onto Cook Drive
  • Turn left onto West Madison Ave (TN-39)
  • Turn right onto Keith Ln


Fletcher Park

  • Allow 10 minutes travel time.
    • Turn right out of CMS onto Georgetown Rd NW
    • Turn right onto Westside Dr
    • Turn right onto TN-312 W/Harrison Pike
    • Take the first right onto Tennessee Nursery Rd.
    • Fletcher Park will be on the left. 
Regional Park, Athens
Physical Address: Regional Park Dr, Athens TN
  • Allow 40 minutes travel time.
    • Take I-75 North toward Knoxville
    • Take exit 49 for TN-30 towards Athens/Decatur
    • Turn right onto TN-30 E/Decatur Pike
    • Take the 2nd right onto Regional Park Dr. 
Chickamauga Dam
Physical Address: near 3001 Kings Point Road, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37416
  • Allow 45 minutes travel time.
    • Take I-75 South toward Chattanooga
    • Take exit 4 for Tennessee 153 N toward Chickmauga Dam/Airport
    • Take exit 6 for TN-319 N/Amnicola Hwy
    • Turn right onto Amnicola Hwy
    • Turn left onto Kings Point Rd and follow signs/traffic from there.
Lake Forest
Physical Address: 610 Kile Lake Road, Cleveland, TN 37323
  • Allow 15 minutes travel time.
    • Turn right out of CMS onto Georgetown
    • Continue onto 25th St NW
    • Take the TN 74 S exit (Spring Place Rd)
    • Turn left onto TN-74 S/Spring Place Rd
    • Turn right onto Kile Lake Ln (not Kile Lake Rd)
    • School will be on the right.
Woodland Park Baptist Church
Physical Address: 6735 Standifer Gap Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37421
Allow 1 hour 20 minutes travel time.
  • Take I-75 south toward Chattanooga.
  • Take exit 7 to merge onto Bonny Oaks Dr. (go right at the end of the exit ramp)
  • Turn left onto US-64 W/US-11 S (Lee Hwy)
  • Turn right onto Standifer Gap Rd
  • Woodland Park Baptist will be on the right. The Cross Country course is past the church building to the far left as you enter the church grounds. 
Victor Ashe Park, Knoxville
Physical Address: 4901 Bradshaw Road, Knoxville, TN 37912
Allow 1 hour 20 minutes travel time.
  • Take I-75 north to Knoxville.
  • Merge onto I-40 E/I-75 N
  • Take exit 385 for I-75 N/I-640 E toward Lexington
  • Take exit 1 for Tennessee 62/Western Ave
  • Keep left at the fork and merge onto Western Ave
  • Turn right onto Copper Kettle St
  • Continue onto Ball Camp Pike
  • Turn right onto Bradshaw Rd
  • The park entrance will be on the left but you may have to park on the street or at a nearby church.


Baylor (no meets scheduled at Baylor at this time)
Physical Address: 171 Baylor School Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37405
Allow 45 minutes travel time.
  • From I-75 take I-24 West, or from I-59 take I-24 East
  • Take exit 178 (U.S. 27 North)
  • After crossing the Tennessee River, take the 5th exit, (U.S. 127, Signal Mountain)
  • Proceed under the overpass, moving to the left turn lane.
  • Turn into the main school entrance. 
  • After crossing the railroad tracks and the guard station, proceed through the quad area and then bear to the right then the left. Turn right to head toward the rowing buildings then bear right toward the baseball field. The race start will be straight ahead in the field.
